It's water...plain water that we need everyday. As the fact say, human's body consist of 90% of liquid (mineral).
Water is not only as the substantial part of our life, indeed but also play a very important part in your weight loss program. If you're on a diet and you consume less water, I can guarantee that your program will stay the same, or in another word, you're doing nothing.

When you're on a diet you MUST consume more water to help your program runs well. Water will purify the fat in your body and put it in end as urine. As we know, we need water at least 8-12 glass a day. So, from the assumption, people who are on a diet will need about 15 glass a day. WOW!!!
There are several ways to remind you, people on a diet, in a condition you may forget to consume more water:
- Always bring a bottle of 2 liter of water anywhere you go. Refill in again when you meet the dispenser.
- Alert the time for drinking the water on your cellular for every one hour. Perhaps, it's gonna be a hectic job since you've got to go to the toilet for a couple of hours in the beginning because for those who don't get used to drink water more, the body will reject it first by making it through urine. Later on, as your body gets along with, you'll be less often going to toilet. Believe me.
- Write in upper case red letter "DRINK ME!" and stick the paper on the bottle. This words will supervise you like a security.
Drinking water is not a habit, but it's our need. And therefore we need to carry on to consume it eventhough we don't feel any thirsty, because somehow your body is hungry of water, but you only remember to give it more foods but less water.
