Enough Sleep=Stay Slim

For some reasons I have chosen to put "Enough Sleep=Stay Slim" as the title for this post as some articles said that:

  • If you have enough sleep every night at time where it's supposed to be, you will maintain your body from hunger during the day.
  • If you sleep enough, then you will eat reasonably.
  • If you sleep enough, you will let your metabolism works on its maximum power.
  • If you sleep enough, then there will be no matter with your digestion acid.
It's not exaggerated to say that in my opinion, it really works well. Not even for somebody who want to stay slim but also for somebody who wants to gain weight as well. That Enough sleep will bring you to a happier, healthier life.

From the first point, If you have enough sleep every night at time where it's supposed to be, you will maintain your body from hunger during the day. How can it be? Well, it's simple. By obeying the rule of not sleeping lately until the late of midnight you let your body rest happily, then your pancreas and all of the organs to detox themselves. That's why in the next day, you'll get your body feel fresher and has more power to do the activities, though you eat in a very small portion.

If you sleep enough, then you will eat reasonably. This means that by enough sleeping you're not only control the amount of food consumption but also stress that oftem lead to consuming extra foods unconsciously.

If you sleep enough, you will let your metabolism works on its maximum power.I do agree with this since we will get more nutrition if we have our metabolism on its perfect function. So that there will be no nutrition lost.

The last, If you sleep enough, then there will be no matter with your digestion acid. This related to point number three and the point where you reduce the tendency of having headache and stomachache.

Hmmm, by elaboration above, what are you waiting for? Go, catch your pillow, bolster, take wudhu and say bismika...then SLEEP happily.
