Carbohydrate food generally leave feeling addicted to consume. Look at us, as Indonesian people, if not eating rice, we say that we have not eaten actually, when after all the consumption of the carbohydrate at least have the same or even more than the consumption of rice.

Carbohydrate, in this case has a greater number of sugar when compared with other types of food. So, can you imagine if we consume too many carbohydrates, it will be more and more excessive sugar that will be stored in our bodies.

However, it's incorrect too if we omit carbohydrate from our daily food. In this case of losing weight, you can start planning to reduce your carbohydrate foods, especially when breakfast. If usually you eat a full portion of carbohydrate(especially rice), reduce the portion become a half. Or if you like you can substitute the kind of carbohydrate such as brown rice, oatmeal, wholewheat bread. These foods will keep you full until the lunch time, so that you will decrease the passion of having snack in the middle of breakfast and lunch. The key is your breakfast. Reduce carbohydrate and add more protein, fruit and vegetable to your breakfast menu.You will feel the difference and moreover lose your weight about 1-2 kilos in a week if you put this into routine.

Nevertheless, "No Pain..No Gain" which is you have to be ready being busy every morning to prepare your healthy breakfast foods.For the first week, maybe it will become a big burden but then when it becomes a part of your habit, you'll find it effectively.

DOS and DONTS When Diet

When you commit to do the diet there are several DOs and DONTs you should know.
DOs:
  1. Consume more water at least more than 12 glasses a day
  2. Sleep adequately
  3. Work out
  4. Eat breakfast
  5. Eat healthy snack
  6. Eat more protein
  7. Enjoy your food every mealtime
  8. Fulfill your day with pleasant things to do
  9. Be relaxed, feel positively and enjoy your diet program
  10. Feel that your diet program 'is succeded' by giving a small compliment to yourself (talk to your body) everytime you make a little progress.
DONTs:
  1. Eat unhealthy snack
  2. Skip breakfast
  3. Smoking
  4. Sleep lately
  5. Being stressful
  6. Eat quickly
  7. No work out
  8. Eat more carbs and more carbs snack
  9. Drink less than 8 glasses a day
  10. Feel that your diet is a mistake and big burden
